Using cPanel
How to log in to cPanel?
Log in to your Hostifyer account, go to Services → Click on your Hosting → Access cPanel from the Quick Links.
How to create an email account?
Inside cPanel, go to "Email Accounts", click "Create", fill in the details, and set a strong password.
How to backup my website?
Navigate to cPanel > Backup or JetBackup. Choose full or partial backup and download the file to your system.
How to install WordPress?
Go to "Softaculous Apps Installer" in cPanel, select WordPress, click install, and follow the setup wizard.
How to check disk usage?
In cPanel, open "Disk Usage" to view how much space each folder is using in your account.
How to add subdomains?
Under "Domains" in cPanel, select "Subdomains", enter the prefix (e.g., blog), select domain, and click create.
How to manage files using File Manager?
Go to "File Manager" in cPanel to upload, delete, move, or edit files directly in your browser.

Log in, go to Billing → My Invoices → Select Invoice → Choose payment method and complete payment.
How to update account information?
In your dashboard, navigate to My Account → Edit Account Details to update your name, address, or email.
How to change my domain’s nameservers?
Visit your domain control panel, and update nameservers to ns1.hostifyer.com and ns2.hostifyer.com (or the provided ones).
Where to find my login credentials?
You can find your hosting or email login credentials under the "Product Details" page in your dashboard.
How to request website migration?
Create a new support ticket with your old hosting details, and our migration team will begin the process within 24 hours.
How to enable SSL for my site?
We provide free Let's Encrypt SSL. Go to cPanel > SSL/TLS > Manage SSL and click "Install" for your domain.
How to check billing history?
Go to Billing → My Invoices. You’ll see a full list of paid, unpaid, and cancelled invoices with download option.
Can I cancel my hosting plan?
Yes. Submit a cancellation request from your dashboard under the Services → View Details → Request Cancellation.
How to add collaborators to my account?
Go to My Account → Manage Contacts/Sub-Accounts. Add a user and set permissions like billing, support access, etc.
